★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We trusted Mini Entrepot Grande Allee in putting our car there during the time we were out of the country (Winter months ) We found out that despite paying for inside/ security every month. They took our car and put it outside on the street ... which obviously was damaged and broken in which emptied the battery due to the siren of the alarm system. They found out that they couldn't start the car... did not tell us and we had to get it to the garage , get it repaired etc when we came back. They told us we will do the right thing and will reimburse you the months for which it was out and take care of the situation so we did not put our lawyer in the picture (We were naive ) the whole ordeal cost us more than 2500 dollars and they reimbursed us 200 after months of calling them saying that they would reimburse us . THEY lied / They were paid for services that they did not do and are not at all trustworthy .
