★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucun professionnalisme. Nous réservons un gros déménagement pour mes grand-parents et ils nous garantissent d'arriver entre 7h et 8h le matin. En plus de ne pas avoir appelé la journée précédente, arrivé à 9h15 la journée du déménagement, ils ne nous ont pas contacté. Nous appelons et ils nous disent qu'ils seront là vers 12h, qu'ils vont rappeler dans quelques minutes. Une heure plus tard, toujours pas d'appel. Nous avons appelé, rien n'a changé de leur côté et ils ne peuvent toujours pas confirmer s'ils seront disponible dans la journée. Nous avons annulé.
No professionalism. We reserve a big move for my grandparents and they guarantee us to arrive between 7am and 8am in the morning. In addition to not having called the previous day, arrived at 9:15 am the day of the move, they did not contact us. We call and they tell us that they will be there around 12am, that they will call back in a few minutes. An hour later, still no appeal. We called, nothing has changed on their side and they still can not confirm if they will be available during the day. We canceled.
