Bien non..le propriétaire me répond...je lui demande combien remplir le freon dans mon air climatisée) pour me faire dire, ( ecoutez moi bien, je travaille 70hrs semaine, je peu tu avoir mes week-end ? ) Bien désolé M Tassé, vous aviez juste a ne pas répondre à votre téléphone, j'aurais laisser un message. En passant vous ne pouvez pas répondre ça a un client. Très mauvais service a la clientèle. Dommage j'aime encourager les gens de Prévost. I call a Saturday morning hoping to leave a message for a call back Monday morning. Well no..the owner answers me ... I ask him how to fill the freon in my air conditioning) to make me say, (listen to me well, I work 70 hours a week, I can you have my weekend?) Well sorry M Tassé, you just had not answer your phone, I would leave a message. By the way you can not answer that to a customer. Very bad customer service. Too bad I like to encourage the people of Prévost.

Le service est a suivre ..3 semaines plus tard.. pas de réponse d'eux M. Éric leur technicien (paresseux)y veux même pas aller dans l'entre toit vérifier la machine qui est défectueux et si il vous vent une FOREST-AIR ...appeler une autre société de ventilation Not too strong about the after sales service. He tells us to have to call back but 3-4 days later. I suggest you keep any equipment that replaces. The service is to follow ..3 weeks later .. no answer from them Mr. Eric their technician (lazy) do not even want to go in between the rooftop check the machine that is defective and if you wind a FOREST -AIR ... call another ventilation company

Most professional work, the entire installation was done according to the rules of the art, clean work done by competent people. The equipment installed was as described when sold. My propane heating began to leak carbon monoxide in February 2021 they rode to the rescue and replaced it with an electric furnace in time to prevent my house from freezing. This fall they added a heat pump which increased the efficiency of the system and will give me air conditioning in the summer. They have been professional and responsive. I give then 5 stars.
