They suggested a product that fully met our needs. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time and installed everything without a problem. G	Gaétan Piché on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce sont les meilleurs, ils ont changé une toute nouvelle installation de systèmes faite par un incompétent en 2018, Octobre 2019 je les contact pour remédier à la situation, ils ont fait les calculs appropriés à partir des plans de construction ainsi que trois visites sur site par un des spécialistes afin d’encadré toute la problématique, ce qu’ils ont fait avec brio. Je les recommande fortement. Bravo continué votre bon travail. They are the best, they changed a brand new installation of systems done by an incompetent in 2018, October 2019 I contact them to remedy the situation, they made the appropriate calculations from the construction plans as well as three site visits by one of the specialists in order to frame the whole problem, which they did brilliantly. I highly recommend them. Well done keep up the good work.

A	Alter The Matrix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of professionalism and lack of skills. They even had to come back twice. The problem was never fixed but we still had to pay. We called them to fix our Air Exchange unit as it wasn't recycling the air inside it kept pushing air out and in. Patrice came with another fellow and they didn't know what they were doing at all, they took a long time and seemed moody and fed-up, they just didn't seem to want to work... They obviously didn't know how to fix the issue and when they left, our Air Purifier was in a worst state than before. They could've admitted that they didn't know how to fix the issue and could've asked us to call another professional, but instead they took short-cuts and ruined other features and options that were working just fine before they came. They left so quickly I had to run to his truck before they left, I challenged him at the end to tell him that it's still not working well...he said: "Oh it's normal that it's not working well...it's always gonna be like that..." Extremely Disappointed at their bad service and lack of skills I just let them go away... I didn't even complain, I paid the bill and let it go... I didn't want them to come back and ruin something else so I was happy to let them go but extremely disappointed at having to pay for that service. It was no service at all. Now I am leaving a fair review to WARN others to deal with someone else that likes their job and that knows what they're doing. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I must do it here. You deserve good service and honesty for your hard earned money and in my experience, you're not getting either here.
