They should be open on weekends also or there should be a way that customers can make use of the weekend rates which Enterprise has to offer which is I think 15 $ a day or less. Otherwise amazing service. I got picked up and dropped as well. Thanks

This location did a wonderful job with getting me processed in/out... the employees were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them. I initially went to the wrong location, they immediately came and picked me up. This was truly a great experience.

They were absolutely amazing while my vehicle was getting repaired. If anyone needed a car rental they would be the place to go. Very understanding and explains everything if you are not sure. He even came in after hours so I could have a vehicle on the weekend. Amazing service and much appreciated.

In the middle of winter they rent out vehicles with no block heaters so the truck won't start, they refuse to work with you any way possible when you're out of town, then don't get what the big deal is when you need to return it but can't because it's too cold for the vehicle to start. WHY would you rent a vehicle in Alberta without a block heater? SMH.

I recently rented a car through enterprise while my vehicle was being repaired. When I picked up the rental the employee came outside with me to do the pre-inspection of the car. He didn't do a thorough job at all with left me feeling uneasy. I pointed out a chip in the windshield that he didn't mark down because I didn't want to get blamed for it. His "checklist" was on an iPad and I was just asked to sign at the bottom but couldn't really see much of whatever document I was signing. Shortly after I returned the car I was contacted and notified that there was a cracked fog light. And that I was responsible to pay for the damages. I have to say... With how quickly and nonchalantly the employee went over the car when I picked it up I cant confirm that it was or was not cracked before I picked it up. I'm disappointed that they didn't do a better job of the initial walk around with me because I don't think this damaged happened while I had the vehicle. Secondly, the bill they sent me to repair the cracked fog light was $582.00 all said and done. I lost my $150 damage deposit and was charged a further $432.00 to replace the foglight. Does that seem a little steep to you? I contacted Mitsubishi to find out how much it should cost to repair and was told $207.00 for the fog light (which was correct on the invoice) but the company they hired to fix it charged me 2.8 hours of labour plus a sublet charge or $90 plus shop fees of $42.00 plus a "prescan" charge of $95 (I have no idea what that even is). On the email they sent me it also noted that they have passed along their "deeply discounted" repair rates to me... "Deeply discounted fog light repair of $582.00... Seriously? So beware... I was told by my insurance company to always take pictures and videos of all parts of a vehicle, inside and out before renting and always do a thorough pre-inspection even if the employee is trying to be fast. Apparently this happens often and insurance companies just end up paying so the rental companies just get away with it. Be careful.
