★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were given a rental car from Enterprise while our car was being fixed with Trojan. We met Marissa (spelling?) and she was absolutely incredible! Her customer service was exceptional, she explained everything in detail and made sure we understood everything and felt comfortable with the rental. She was so professional and made our experience an incredible one. I will definitely recommend Enterprise to everyone. Thank you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a vehicle through this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location via Costco Travel (for an ICBC claim) with a pickup for 5:00pm - I showed up at 5:00pm, on the dot, to find the doors locked and the lights off. When I called the next morning at 8:10am (they open at 8:00am) I was told that that they no longer had the vehicle that I reserved (did they even have it in the first place?), and that the reason no one was there for me to pick up the vehicle the evening before was that they had to leave a little bit early to go pick up some vehicles from another location. I tried to make arrangements for them to pick me up at my workplace, and was told it was farther than they normally go for pickups, but they'd try to make arrangements and would call me right back. I waited for the call back (which never came) until the end of my work day.
I ended up just cancelling my reservation and renting a car elsewhere (Budget).
Overall it was a very frustrating experience - I will not be trying ERAC again, and will be advising friends and family to avoid using ERAC Nanaimo, if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I lost my car from debris caused by an explosion...telling that to the insurance company got an interesting response lol.
Anyway my loss of use policy allowed for me to have a rental for a few days so I picked one up at Enterprise. The guys were awesome and when I needed to extend the use they were very cool about it, no problem.
I would recommend this location since they're right in town vice out at the airport. Just one thing, they're not open on the weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super polite and friendly! The service is awesome and the cars are good. We felt very welcomed and the employees are honest with all the features you can add to the rental.
Also I don‘t understand the complaints about the translation of the driver licence if you are from abroad. We were from Germany and our driver licences were accepted. In doubt get an international driver licence in your country before you are travelling
