★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a delivery driver in truck #54 cut me off today and after I honked my horn he rolled down his window to yell at me. We were turning left to southbound Elbow Dr. I tried calling to complain and there was no option to leave a message for when they are no open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved from Edmonton to Lacombe which has been a dismal experience. one of the only positive things is that they stock the Engels products at the local No Frills. This is the best bakeries I have had the pleasure of purchasing from on the regular. Their prices are competitive in the low end and their product is better than most in the high-end. amazing Bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to a staff member on phone and was treated in the most unprofessional way and she hung up the phone before the convo was finish. Similar issues has happened more than once in the past, besides the unprofessional attitude that has happened on multiple occasions, order consistency seems to be an issue with this business as well. Highly disappointed.
