Peter and his team spent HOURS working with me to invent a strategy that would meet the city’s expectations, ensure our suite was safe, and not break the bank.
Their solution passed inspections with flying colours! You want to know what the inspection said? He said, “oh, if de Klerk did it I’m sure it was done properly.”
As a property manager I deal with a lot of trades. I wish de Klerk handled plumbing, etc, too as we would use them for everything.
