★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline ever ! I worked for them as a flight attendant.their crew members are mainly desperate and full of gossip ! (For the ones that I know) I am french billingual but they were giving me a hard time everytime i would say a word in french (we were only 2 french speaking) ! Too much haters and too much gossip ! They made up a story against me and got me out without any explanation !
They call themselves equal and promote non-seniority based status,but they clearly guve advantage too the seniors (such as base relocation etc..) Worked for another airline after and the HR recruiters said Enerjet has a crappy HR system !
I however think that some of the pilots I worked with at Enerjet are really talented and would deserve a better career with a better carrier !
