★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank, ruined my repour with other banks, I had to go to TD Canada Trust Bank and go through their head office to undo what The Enderby Credit Union reported to the burrow on my profile, which was incorrect. When I spoke with many customer service representatives and even the bank manager at Enderby Credit Union. They bacially said oh well they can't do anything... I highly recommended to choose another bank for your finances if you would like to be treated as a loyal customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a call from someone from this branch. Talked so fast hard to make out the words. Hard to make out the name of the staff person. hard to make out the phone # to call back. I finally figure it out, she's given a long distance # to call back. So, I do, I follow the prompts and canned message says 5 min. wait or if I leave a call back #, they will call back. That was an hour ago and still no call back. I am not impressed!!
