I would have given full 5 stars, but removed 1 star for ripping off their own internal employees by failing to pay them what they're owed.
WARNING: If you plan to work for this this company, you most likely will be ripped off in some fashion especially when they lay you off or fire you some small irrelevant reason. Vacation pay, severance, bonuses or anything owed to you will not be paid out (you may have to go through legal system to fight for it). The owners, Brad and Kevin, will do everything in their power to not have to pay you, including breaking the law (i.e. failing to pay vacation pay is violation of employment standards). Be careful, Brad and Kevin are not to be trusted nor the employment contracts they write. Do not compromise your salary for an illusionary bonus; demand the market value or higher. Finally, get your employment contracts reviewed by a lawyer; they'll probably tell you to "run". If you choose not to heed this warning, you'll find out the hard way. Good luck.
