Picked out flooring was told a week to get from Calgary. 3 weeks later go into store to follow up, they make a phone call and find out it was never shipped. I was told 2 more weeks, AND they never ordered the right amount. Quickly told them to forget it. Horrible customer service, they only care about getting paid first

Impressive on-hand inventory and truly amazing staff makes shopping easy.
They come and measure exact flooring requirements and do their absolute best with installation. The install crew cleaned up and vacuumed after the immaculate install.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found exactly what I was looking for and way cheaper than I had seen it at another store that was close by. The best part was that there wasn’t a 5-6 month wait and I could take it with me that very day - this was the deal breaker!
The rug looks amazing in my living room and I would buy from here again. The salesman was also very friendly and gave me a discount that I didn’t know about until he was ringing it it. Great experience all around and I have recommended them to my friend and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a high quality laminate floor for our home along with new vinyl in the bathrooms. Blair got the amount of flooring we needed quickly and gave us a good deal on the project. Install took place when promised and our two installers Brett and Mike are the best. Good eye for the overall look and strategy, and took on some challenges our imperfect home presented with care and pleasing results. They always respected our environment and took pride in their work. All in all a very satisfying experience. They'll be back when we do the kichen and mud room.
