Kailey was extremely patient with me, and put up with my whining when it hurt. She was more than willing to let me take breaks And answered my 9:00 call about an aftercare question. As for covid, I felt extremely comfortable and safe. I will definitely be returning to this well run, clean, friendly shop.

I don't have enough positive words to leave Kailey. She has ALWAYS made me feel comfortable and heard. She is so humble and kind. Sitting with her, among having her art on your body, is such a huge pleasure! I would recommend her to absolutely anyone.

I have just had an amazing experience getting this tattoo. Everything was super easy and stress free. From the initial appointment to discuss my ideas, to the appointment actually doing the tattoo was done privately and professionally. There is a bit of a wait to get in but that shows just how awesome she is! Overall, the art work is amazing and everything was clean and explained. Thank you!!

Start to finish the service and quality of work was amazing. Prompt reply to my consult request and amazing service by taggart! Got me in quick and Kailey was really friendly. The consultation was quick and to the point. But where you really get your moneys worth is Kaileys work. The art work is amazing and she applies it just as good. No regrets!

I am a previous client of Kailey's when she worked elsewhere and I am so excited to see her moving up to her own place! She is so nice and awesome to deal with! Unfortunately I have not yet come in to Empress Tattoo but based on my previous experience with Kailey, I can't wait to see her again for my next piece! Small businesses can sometimes be viewed as too expensive and sure there could be less expensive places (I honestly don't know as I don't look anywhere else for tattoos), but honestly Kailey and her work is worth every cent! I honestly can’t stop raving about Kailey and her studio, Empress Tattoo. From start to finish, the process of booking a consult and getting my tattoo was seamlessly professional and enjoyable. The online consult screening was so efficient and I was quickly and enthusiastically contacted by Taggart to book in! The actual shop is perfectly tucked away and is so cozy and clean, the vibes are immaculate. Yesterday, Kailey gave me a gorgeous coverup on a fresh, dark tattoo and it came out better than I’d ever even imagined. I’m so excited to watch it heal and for our touch-up session coming up in a few months! She creates such a welcoming and safe environment; casual and friendly while being extremely organized, sanitary, and thorough. It honestly felt like we’d become friends by the end of our session, and I even left with some fantastic music recommendations! I felt so comfortable voicing my opinions and was met with support and understanding in making important decisions that will be on my body forever. Kailey genuinely cares about the client’s experience and opinions. She clearly understands the weight of getting a tattoo, which was the push I needed to follow through with covering up my first and only tattoo that gave me anxiety about getting more. Thank god Kailey has closed her books for a while because I’d already be booked in for my next tattoo!! Needless to say, I’m beyond impressed. I can’t thank Kailey enough <3
