It's probably trivial, but something that I would've liked is lower prices- a fair amount of the things I bought were about $1.50 instead of $1.

โ โ โ โ โ Really great balloon service. Second time getting balloons from Empress. Jessica was very helpful with balloon design and delivery. Easy to communicate by email. Great pricing compared to other balloon design companies who charge hundreds of dollars.

Customer service is great and they went above and beyond my expectations! The lady and man at the counter are very kind people. Iโm so happy with how these turned out, I am absolutely amazed!
