Over 4 weeks for Reimbursement to even be processed. Poor customer service. Common that they give bad information and they refuse to rectify situations that they have screwed up.

Technically their website was designed in a very old fashion. Minimal information and could not track records, upload claim form, or pull out info. While the stuff did an excellent job on providing customer service, either on site, via phone, or via email. They did a great job and well amended the weakness of an out-dated website. Thanks.

Overall terrible, really poor service, no one direct Bill's them because it's a pain. If some one does direct bill to them it takes around 2 weeksish to get back to the clinic to know what the remaining balance is. Emails get lost or go unanswered. Need a referral for everything. Takes 3-4 weeks the get reimbursed if paperwork is dropped off in person. No direct deposit. They're expensive and the service is terrible.

If I could give negative stars I would. Most painful "benefits" department in the entire world. Union spent a ton of money moving them into a massive new building yet they still can't even use enough technology or common sense to phone people when there is small discrepancies in their claims. They make it so incredibly painful to use your benefits, you might as well not have them. I would love nothing more than to see this place shuttered and benefits be moved to a larger 3rd party company that believes in direct billing, direct deposit, phone communication, email communication!

Individual employees are nice, but the process is archaic. They have only JUST starting to accept claim forms by email, but emails get lost, you EASILY wait over a month to hear back regarding a claim, and minor issues don't get a phone call - you have to wait for them to mail the statement back to you. They tout direct billing at pharmacies as this great new feature - IT'S 2022!!! My wife's Blue Cross benefits can almost ALWAYS be direct billed, or if not I submit the claim via an app and have money in my account within DAYS.
