B	Brant Nanton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empire's president does not care about the lives of people who give them money. Due to covid we are not able to close on our townhome. We found a buyer for the re-assignment and would not be making any money on the sale. We asked Empire twice if they could lower the assignment fee which only puts us in an even deeper financial hole and they refused both times. The president of this company refused both times. Nothing will change for Empire. The townhome just has a different family in it but, the fee will change everything for us and our newborn. I'm so disappointed in Empire.

A	Abdulaziz Al Mbarak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good community to live in, but still have to do a lot of work to get it completed, I have called them many times to get two spots in my lawn fixed, those were damaged last year when they have installed the sewer system covers installed, I have been promised to have it fixed a few months back and nothing happened yet, When I tried to call recently no one was picking up, I believe they just doesn’t care or they are done with my house, Its so frustrating to be treated this way, specially when they have promised to get it done. I would recommend them to work more in time management so they would get time to work on such an issues.

We’ve been told that the keys are available on a pad lock attached to the front door and we’ve visited the house 3 times and there is nothing. We live about an hour and a half away and we need to make arrangements to move and something as essential as getting a key is impossible for them to coordinate. We called the sales office during their operational times and never have I ever gotten a response. I low key want to be compensated for the loss of time and wasted rent and travel expenses bc of this delay

It is not done right the first time .When time to repair or complete work it takes for ever to be done and always has to be done over. The plan for the house that is advertised is not what is built, and they find legal loop holes to get out of there commitment. I wont even buy a dog house from these people again.

I can hear through the ceiling my kids playing and using the bathroom as if they are right next to me. Disgusting investment and keep on searching if your considering
