★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, they don't have manners to talk over phone, I called them regarding imigration inquiry and In answer he did not even listen me and responds in a very rude way that i don't want to talk with you.
How can any body talk like this with their customers ? I think they don't know the basics of dealing with customers.

No manners to talk and how to advise people.
Don’t waste your time and money.
First of all I’m not Mr. , I’m am Miss. Second, I don’t want any free service. I am going to pay it but at first you need to give guidance and basic knowledge to your client that they don’t know.
It is urgent thing for me that’s why I call your office.
Instead of getting any good response I got to listen from your staff that “ I have applied my visa myself and I should know better than anyone.” Applying visa by ourselves is illegal?
