★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 310 niska road. Our car got broken into twice we had to pay both times for damage and right away they told us to go through insurance. This property management does not care at all about their tenants , they just want your money and off they go. Every building should have working cameras that is watching all angles of the building and this building definitely does not have that. So disappointing ting

I tried to talk to someone about an apt and not only do they refuse to return emails or calls, they actively ignore calls and messages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give zero or negative stars. Dont let anything fool you. RUN FROM THIS PLACE ( 310 and 320 Niska). The management team is the most unprofessional, rude, and horrid people to deal with. All the reviews are right. I have lived here for years. Ivestations, cars broken into, and they fix nothing. When you call their offices the people are so digustinly mean and rude. I dont know how they havent been sued or brought to court. RENT FROM ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
