★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been coming here for six summers now to camp. It is by far the best place we've ever stayed at. The sites are incredibly private with lots of trees and bush. It's always well-kept, and they have a very clean bathroom with free hot showers. Depending on the time of year, the river can be very low which is great to let the kids and dogs swim in. And, the entire grounds is full of saskatoon berry bushes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful campground, right next to the river. I was very impressed by the location, and the trees, and the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. Piece of advice... DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. You will have a very angry old lady who comes and yells at you. She doesn't ask, just gets mad at you for it and demands you move. The look she gave almost made me seem like the only joy she has left in life is to tell people not to park on the grass. Aside from that I had an amazing stay and I will probably be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter how nice how beautiful and clean a place is if your staff is very RUDE and NOT PROFESSIONAL everything falls down to having not a very good experience. At 1130PM on Saturday a staff just showed up in our site; did not introduce herself and just told us to stop making noise, BUT we were just talking and our parents were also just chatting, 3 people were playing cards and some of us were just talking. Bottom line is, she was even confused of the previous night who was making noise well it was not US. We told her please introduce yourself, who is she, and she said she was the manager and a camper. And after asking her these questions she was telling I am RUDE? I have the right to ask at that time of night I have to. I asked for her name (Tina Taylor) She even threatened us to call the county... Well it is very unfortunate we were the only on awake at that time. Some of us were first time campers, sometimes its the way people say things and in a RESPECTFUL manner. We are your customers and we should have been treated fairly. And maybe post that at 11PM everone should be sleeping already so she wont hear any people talking. What is camping for then?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my favorite place to go. I prefer mountains. It's pretty hot , dry and dusty out in that area. Lots of petrified bones, fishing, etc. A few kids got almost washed down river from getting caught in a current! Please be very careful! River is very low and has lots of constantly moving sand bars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little gem we randomly discovered this weekend. The lady who takes care of the campground is very friendly. The sites are huge with a lot of trees and privacy. Free clean showers and a nice river to swim in. I will return for sure.
