★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a few hats to have a very simple embroidery put on them and when I received them the font was extremely small and looked quite silly. When I went back in to have them help rectify the situation they told me that if I didn't like the work we had agreed upon then I would have to buy new hats and pay again for the work to be redone. They showed no remorse and didn't even try to help me fix the problem.
