★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps the most confusing and frustrating experience of my life as an adult. Crazy making is inadequate in describing how they made us feel. Wanted help for a Canadian family member applying for a Greek residence permit. Gave us contradictory information and then refused to admit it. Never replied to emails, gave incorrect information (which was corrected by the Toronto Greek consulate) and continued to call me only to state how wrong we were. Wish I could get the afternoon of my life and stress caused back. The much more helpful Toronto consulate got the job done as expected. Alas, a complimentary ticket to Greece is probably not in the cards for me after this review but I will continue to dream of those beach scenes in the visit Greece posters. One day!
