★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Pool with a nice big waterslide that ends up in a shoot (not pool). Clean and well maintained. Leisure swim times sometimes limited to shallow tank and lap lanes. Deep end with diving boards not always open due to staffing shortages. Public swim times are sometimes at full capacity (especially at beginning hours). Best to call 311 City Services first. Unfortunately, no direct line to pool facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an awesome pool with a big slide. Great for a fun family time. Change rooms are spacious. There are three big pools here. I take group adult swim lessons here. A big thumbs up to our very patient instructor Emmet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad public pool. It has a waterslide and one 1m diving board. The change room cleanliness leaves much to be desired. It often smells of 'green', like algae or mold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pool. The kids love it. Most of the staff are really good. A couple of the life guards need to get a grip & let kids be kids instead of being control freaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to swim here regularly several years back and had the opportunity to come back for a week. Feels a little dark inside and needs an update but overall clean and reasonably maintained

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 5 meter platform is long gone and the waterslide brings in screaming youth from miles around. I have never seen so many ill behaved children in one place before, bring ear plugs... Also the lockers were broken into and there was a fight between four 12 year old kids that involved a dirty diaper removed from the trash and being weaponized. Absolute mayhem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waterside is great. My 5 yo and all the kids were having a blast until new life guard took over and started laying down the law. Making the kids line up at the bottom and only allowing 1 at a time. You could see the look in the kids faces. Such disappointed looks. Some didn't even understand what was happening. Mine started crying because the life guard was ragging on her. We'll try it again but if it's more of the same we'll go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the pool. It’s clean, has very friendly staff, and water temperature is perfect for either swimming or chilling. We also loved the slide but they didn’t let my child to slide down with me and it was such a regret for us.
