★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own an ATV and Razor rental company. Our equipment gets abused beyond belief, especially in the harsh Colorado mountain terrain. We replaced our Fox and Walker Evans shocks with Elka and the difference is night and day. I can't even begin to explain how much better they are in every way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my shocks and verified with Elka that I needed them by certain date for my big riding trip. Website said I was ok, but I wanted to make sure. They confirmed that I was fine to order and receive in time. Not only did the shocks show up over two weeks after what I was quoted, but John the sales rep was rude to boot. Shocks were completed and I was told that I would get them in time if they were priority shipped, but was told by John that it was too much paperwork. I reached out to management and never heard back. This company clearly doesn't care about customer experience. Thanks for nothing, I'll be upgrading to fox floats soon enough. Did not have for my trip and my bike was not rideable.

4 1/2 star shocks. 0 star customer service.
The faster I drive, the smoother the ride. Firmly grounded whether its high speed potholes, washboard, hard cornering. They soak up the bumps for a high performance feel. Highly adjustable for F150 tuning. Definitely worth the money as far as high performance shocks go.
Can’t speak yet to durability.
Don’t bother with email. They don’t respond. Half a dozen emails. Zero responses.
On the phone they have a certain je ne sais quois. Please don’t waste their time.
Probably a vastly different story if you have a sponsorship or you’re winning races.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Elka Suspension I purchased for my 2021 Tacoma has been amazing! The 2.5 IFP performs wonderfully for my purpose and I am happy to shop Canadian whenever possible ??. Customer service at Elka ONE year ago during purchase could be challenging at times and not overly helpful. Recently I needed new solutions to my changing build and so I sheepishly reached out to Elka customer service. I have been soo impressed with the response. I've spoken with a couple reps trying to find a cost-effective solution for me. Jean-Francois and Patrick have been INCREDIBLY helpful and consistent with their communication. Patrick consulted with the Elka team and a cost effective solution was offered. THIS is the kind of excellent customer service that greatly helps to reinforce the high quality product they supply and that I purchased. This is how you keep customers returning!! Thank you Patrick very much for all your efforts!! I am grateful ?.
