I decided to contact Elizabeth Zemelman when I realized I forgot how to eat properly. I have been on so many diet plans and yes I lost weight but only gained it back again when I went off their plan. Believe me I tried them all. Elizabeth showed me how to eat healthy. Most importantly I feel really good. I don’t feel drained and run down. I’m eating all food groups. And I’m not afraid to eat. So thank you Elizabeth. You helped me enjoy my food again. And I feel so healthy. I wish I knew all this information years ago. It would have saved me a lot of time and disappointment. Better late than never. ?

It was a challenging period of health issues I was experiencing and I needed a lifestyle change. Before Elizabeth, I had no direction when it came to eating habits. It got to the point where I was simply afraid to eat anything. I found Elizabeth online and she was a Godsend. She educated me and taught me it was a lifestyle change I needed to follow and not a diet. She promoted balanced eating rather than cutting everything out. Through her guidance I was able to feel better physically and mentally. She is topnotch, I will never forget her and will always appreciate all she did for me.

During the past month Elizabeth helped me loose weight, choose the right food combinations, and shared her knowledge. With all the myths, fads, scary do’s and don’t s. I felt like I had no idea what to eat anymore besides fruits and vegetables, and even those, people would say how much they need to be washed, cleaned, cooked etc. I didn’t know what was healthy, and what was not. The information on healthy living seemed so confusing. My trusted family doctor recommended Elizabeth. Elizabeth made healthy living easy, enjoyable, realistic. I am so happy with my current lifestyle that I could never see myself reverting to my old habits. Really? You ask? Ultimately I feel fantastic! I’m full of energy, I feel full all day long and I don’t have cravings for unhealthy foods. I feel like my body is being nourished the way it needs to be. As a result, I feel and look my best. Elizabeth gave clear, easy to follow, real recommendations of how to fuel your body, by offering food items, some of which I never heard of , and making sure to incorporate all the food groups into every meal. I honestly can’t believe how much I can eat daily in order to properly fuel my body. There really isn’t any more room in my day for added sugar and salts and harmful fats. I need those hours to eat my avocados, nuts, seeds, proteins, carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, healthy fats. Sorry no more room chocolate cake ( maybe just for birthdays ) ?. Thank you so much Elizabeth for the variety of healthy choices you provided, which inspired a whole lot of healthy cooking at home. My family loves all the delicious meals I have been making, they tell me that I have been spoiling them. I think they are living their best lifestyle too!!
