Elie guided us throughout the process thoroughly and provided with options in how to complete transaction efficiently. My family and I were super pleased by his work and professionalism. He was responsive, kept us updated on progress, and well aware of the surrounding market. Selling a house in this pandemic can be a dreadful experience but thanks to Elie and his team, it was the best experience I could wish for. Thank you, Elie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst landlord, never cared about the building it was falling appart. It was bugs infected and never checked. DONT EVER RENT with this guy chek with THE REGIE DE LOGEMENT. He rents appartment that are illegal (he added a fake address to our door and the city had to let us know that it was never legal nor safe to live there) careful.

When we wanted to rent our townhouse in Dec 2021, first name came to our mind was of Elie.
When I texted him, he called back right away to discuss. Next day he visited our townhouse, did visual inspection, and gave us valuable information.
His teammate Michelle was also very professional and took care of rest of the things.
Elie and his team work very well together and make you feel comfortable all the time.
I will definitely recommend Elie and would like to work with him again.
