★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to there and I showed them the pic that I want them to do it. But after hair cut I look my hair it was such a bad job. 100% my friend or my family can do it way better. It was too short and I think they cut too short for one side and they make it same short. Im super super upset. I don’t think I’ll ever take off my hat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service and extremely child unfriendly. The receptionist was impatient and rude and the hair stylist risako showed a face of disgust towards my 4 year old boy. Tried the blow my appointment by calling us late when they were late themselves. What a shame.
Btw - thank you for your response below. Calling a 4 year old boy who is scared to get his first hair cut "rambunctious" says a lot about your company's attitude towards children and your business practice. Will let the world decide who's right or wrong. Wish you all the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tarsh and the whole team at Elevation are amazing! I spent 6 hours in the chair getting a complete colour correction from my natural dark brown to a warm beautiful blonde - Tarsh was very realistic in what we could achieve and the results are better than I could have ever expected while maintaining the integrity of my hair with a very fair price point. I can not say enough good things and won’t be trusting my hair with any other salon from now on! Thank you <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place for the first time a couple of months ago. The colour was perfect but the trim I paid $60 for was not. It wasn’t thinned out. I was also charged for a hair mask that I wasn’t even asked about or know about until it was on my hair.
Already sceptical about going back, I decided to call this morning to book an appointment and I was met with the most rude woman. Her attitude/customer service has ensured that I will take my $200 somewhere else.

He did an amazing job.
He was so gentle had a beautiful massage and he was so soft with my hair when post people pull an yank it. He new exactly what my blonde curly hair needed an has given a bunch of advise an products to help keep my hair healthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nina is incredible! I've been seeing her for years, and she's so good with red hair. I'm always thrilled with the results. Today, I literally grabbed lunch after my appointment and the woman at the counter complimented my hair, that's how good a job Nina does. I cannot recommend her enough! And of course, the front-of-house staff are all wonderful as well.
