They showed me videos of what the scoping was finding. Once we understood the problem Alex was quick to provide a quote and was able to start the job quickly. The communication was fantastic. I recieved texts of pictures and videos on the progress until completion. Invoicing was as quoted... No surprises. I recommend Elements!

They excavated and replaced poorly functioning perimeter drain and rainwater piping, and did some regrading of a side yard to direct rainwater away from the house. All along the process they were professional, knowledgeable and very hard working. Great communication, with email updates on the progress of our job and expectations for next steps. They really seemed to care, and went above and beyond for us – taking the time to detail concerns with the foundation and suggestions for steps to mitigate the issues. Alex and Matt came by to do an initial assessment and asked if I had scope work done previously to confirm the problem area. I had not and they highly recommended one to ensure a proper quote. I am so glad I agreed to it as Matt was able to uncover a sump issue and another area of concern as well. Had they only focused on what I thought was the only issue and not done the scope, I'm sure it would cost me more down the road in repairs. Most trades these days are very busy, it's not uncommon to contact someone and never hear back. These guys will take the time to get back to you and be up front about their availability. Most of all though, they are honest. I'd actually like to give them more business. In my case they helped me assess my perimeter drainage situation and determined things were actually in good shape not requiring any major work. They'll take the time to provide honest advice which doesn't always require expensive excavation and replacement.
