★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at this place wasn’t great. I went to get my mani/pedi done the first time the staff were friendly. The second time I went while getting my nails redone I realized my nails had white, scratchy type mark on it. I was very nervous didn’t know why that happened to me and I was told I left the nail polish long but I have left nail polish on longer before and the never happened to me. I was confused and the Same things happened to my friend that went there as well. So it wasn’t just me I think it’s there products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for a shellac pedi and regular mani. I arrived on time. It was an hour before closing. No one helped me for half an hour. Then they started *just* my pedi. 15 mins to closing still no one had started my manicure, so I asked about it. FIVE mins to closing they brought me a bowl to soak my nails in, and didn’t start till after closing. They obviously booked too many people in. There were 5 people helping 8 clients at once.
There wouldn’t be time for polish to dry so I just ended up getting half a mani and painting my own nails at home.
They tried to charge me for a full mani/pedi as well! I held up my bare nails and was like “pardon me, *what* mani?”
Super unimpressed. If you don’t have the staff to accommodate your appointments, don’t take the appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this place used to be good but I went today and HATE my nails. I went for a fill dip powder and the girl had NO idea what she’s doing !!! Two hours later my mani wasn’t done. The nails are uneven and look awful. She charged me $65 and that’s super expensive for a fill. First time in my life I walked out and didn’t tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment for the first time on Monday, after getting an excellent referral from my friend. All the staff were super nice and welcoming, even accommodating with my pooch. Unfortunately 2 nails started to peel on the sides on weds.... 2 days later... I emailed and didn't get any response back. Is it possible for you guys to fix them when I'm back in town?
Update: 10/04/18
1 week later, 6 nails all peeled off and chipped.
As no one responded to my emails or reviews, I decided to go back to the salon. They wanted to charge me half price for a redo... I was not ok with that. So Ben fixed all 6 nails with much more care than the first woman I had. He was very meticulous... let's see how long these last...hopefully 2 weeks.
Update 6 hours later 10/04/18
I had to change my star rating to 1⭐. It's not about the service at all, they were all nice. Unfortunately it's for the product. 6 hours later and again...my thumb peeled off. I do nails myself, so i literally just go in for gel when im too lazy amd want to relax. Im guessing the product or colour was old...or the lamps aren't working at the proper wattage. It's a shame, I was hoping the.result would have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were all friendly and helpful. Went in for a simple design - French tip with a swirl across the nail. French tip was completed and then the person doing my nails couldn’t figure out how to make the swirl opaque. Kept turning out translucent. Couldn’t come up with a solution so left with plain French tips which is not what I wanted. $50+ for nails I don’t like or want. If you’re looking for just a simple polish colour - this place will be great for you. Anything other than that I’d probably rethink.
