★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We first met with Lloyd and his team 4 years ago in the planning stage of our build. Our architect Jeremy Newell had a vision with a staircase design that was both incredibly beautiful but very unique and complicated to build. We met with a few staircase manufacturers but our meetings with Lloyd and his team confirmed that they had both the expertise and creativity to execute the architects plan. Two large open- tread white oak staircases were built in the Elegance shop and then when finished were transported to the site for a very complicated installation that went smoothly. In addition to the one of a kind staircase, Lloyd and his team provided all the custom crown mouldings and trim and we are very satisfied with the final outcome. We could not be happier with how the initial meetings, design and the implementation went. Lloyd and his team are true professionals who made our staircase the WOW factor when you walk in the front door.
