I was switching the mode from rinse to pre-soak, and then it passed by the stop option for not even half a second and then it stopped the whole thing and wanted me to put $4 more in. I paid for 4 minutes and got 0. On top of that, the machine only accepts loonies and toonies, why? The change machine only accepts cash bills, not any form of cards. In 2021 everyone is using cards.

Also they have the best prices in town. I paid $40 including tax for a wipe down and vacuuming and my car is fresh and clean. I would definitely do this anytime my card needs a refresh. Also a lot of places don't touch older vehicles or they overcharge for simple job such as a wipe down and cleaning. Definitely will return anytime my car needs a prep.

My only knock is that it’s a little pricey to just get your car washed and the interior wiped down and vacuumed. I’ve gotten the same service from similar places for half the price. Price you pay for convenience I guess!

So, it gets dirty real soon with all the cement, sand and mud sticking onto my car inside and out. When I thought, the concrete stains couldn't be removed, one of my friend suggested me Elegance Auto Spa. I bought my car here for a Package No. 5. Like the name suggests, they got back the elegance in my car again with their skills especially at detailing that too for an affordable price!! I'm just glad that there is such a professional auto spa in London consisting of an awesome bunch of friendly staffs who take care of everything from the start until handing over the keys back to you. Thanks a ton Elegance Auto Spa for making my car shine again in and out ✨✅ P.S :- The detailing was on spot. I feel it's the best in London.
