Bonnie and Taylor were extremely polite and helpful in educating me about BC Hydro rebates currently available for EV Charging solutions. From Office to Field, all members of this company are responsive, and provide quality answers and solutions to my Questions. I loved that their staff were able to anticipate my needs with just a brief conversation over what kind of property I was working with, and what vehicles I needed to charge. It's fantastic to see a local company working hard with local municipalities, such as the City of Vancouver to provide easily accessible Electric-Vehicle Charging solutions.

We had a minor false start due to some confusion around local permits but they quickly resolved the issue, rescheduled and had me up and running in no time. Damian was awesome and did a great job! I had researched through Tesla’s website on local electricians that they recommended and all that were listed never even returned my calls or email inquiries. I’m glad I came across Electrum as they responded immediately, gave great information and I would gladly recommend them.

Chris texted and called on the day of the install and arrived when he said he would. He cleaned up the garage nicely after the install was complete. Like another reviewer mentioned, I looked at the Tesla website for authorized installers in the Fraser Valley. I attempted to contact a few to get a quote and Electrum was the first and one of the only to get back to me. I am very happy I went with Electrum for the install. Highly recommend them for installing an EV charger. Update Jan 2020 I had Electrum install a second Tesla charger in my garage. They did such a great job with the first one, I called them out again for the second one. Again I am very happy with the results. Great company to deal with.

Another successful install by Damion! The charger looks great, and works great. Thank you again!!!! Regards, Laszlo Couldn't be happier with our EV Charger!! Everyone at Electrum Charging Solution has been very responsive, and handled the whole process with absolute professionalism, just as we expected! They were also very patient with us, and provided multiple quotes for different solutions / options that would work in our case as our charger is outside next to our car pad, so the overall work was a bit more involved. The Charger is approx. 20’ from the house and electrical panel. Damion came out at the beginning to check the site, showed us where the trench needed to be dug up and him and Kaine completed the installation within a day. Took me a while to dig up the trench though…They scheduled in the inspection for the same day when the installation was done which meant that by early afternoon we had a green light from the inspector and we were ready to charge our EV (BMW i3). If you part of the EV movement, you don’t need to look further, we can only recommend the ECS team!! You will not be disappointed! “Always be charging!” Regards. Laszlo

Taylor at Electrum got back to me right away and scheduled an estimate as quickly as possible. The turnaround on everything was very quick. Taylor even pre-booked electricians to make sure there was a team ready for when the city granted the permit! As soon as it was received, Taylor was on it and we had two capable electricians at our house that weekend. They were super helpful as well in accommodate our needs. The charger was tested and works perfectly a week later. Our rebate was submitted by Taylor in great time and she kept me informed throughout the whole process. The experience was smooth and even fun! I most definitely recommend Electrum Charging Solutions!

Although there were some unexpected delays (largely out of ECS' control), they did everything they could to adjust and make sure we were taken care of. I was especially appreciative of their follow up service to make sure we were happy with the end result and overall experience.
