★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are quality builders. The layout of our house is good. The homeowner care staff is amazing too. They make sure to fix defects if any within a day or two.
Special thanks to the Warranty technician Stephen Deryaw for making sure that the issues are addressed either the same day or the next as soon as you post the defect on the portal. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and offers you good advice on all the home related stuff. The quality of his work is pretty impressive too.
