N	Nick Holden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTROLUX PRODUCTS they are built to break right after their one year warranty my extremely expensive microwave and fridge have broken shortly after warranty. Have spoken with Electrolux and they say tough luck and very rude over the phone not willing to help at all. My microwave is more expensive to fix than it is to replace and the fridge is a $750 repair bill. Absolutely pathetic WILL NEVER buy an Electrolux product ever again save yourself the headache and dont buy from them either.
T	Trina M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase a washer/dryer set the beginning of July from Rona. Our washer has been broken - inoperable for the past month. Poor customer service, parts ordered, not received. Have to wait for Transglobal Service to schedule, was scheduled for today and missing screws, now we will have to wait, again for a reschedule. I am utterly frustrated and extremely disappointed. At this point we want our money back so we can purchase a new set that may last longer than a month or two. We should not be out at all. Having to go without a washer is ridiculous and unacceptable for 4 weeks.
d	dada oyindamola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Family recently purchased a brand new Electrolux washer and dryer on the of May 2 2021 from Canadian Appliance Store. By the 16th of June 2021 we contacted the your after sales team with our complaint washer not working and dryer not drying. From the 16th of June till date we have been tossed around between the transglobal team and CAS team. We have also suffered having to dry and wash our clothes at a local laundromat with no cost taken on by CAS or Electrolux we have made several visit to the office where we brought this fake item and have definitely been given the run around I gather from my findings only Toronto can make this decisions- I would like a refund of the exact amount of 2,109.39 and compensation for the stress causes. Please note I do not want store credit.
