★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was expecting a lot more out of this restaurant the ambiance was good, decor was well themed, however, the food was not as tasty as it looked.
To me the meat could have been better seasoned
But that wasn’t the worst part of my experience the waitress definitely favoured a table that her friends were at. Name rhymes with Texas. There were numerous times we were waiting 15 minutes for water, napkins, plates. 15 mins to clear plates. The food service was a wait and a half it took 50 minutes from order to table… 20 minutes to get the bill…
If you can see from my history I rarely review restaurants poorly but I just had to say something.
They did give a friends and family discount but I don’t think that was enough to offset the 2 hours of waiting and 20 minutes of actual eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good and server friendly. Friend and I split an app and ordered tacos separately. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I also ordered some tacos to take home and they timed my takeout perfectly.
I want to talk about their leche cake they make in-house though:
1. The cake looks light like sponge cake but is actually savory and thick
2. Cream is airy and light which complements the sweetness of the cake
3. Sauce plated around the cake adds a cooler sweetness, adding more dimension to the overall flavor ?
It was overall very fun to eat and I would've taken one home for later but I wasn't heading there straight after haha
Atmosphere was also very chill

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best tacos! Too bad they were out of sangria when we went there but their red wine paired nicely with the food. The staff were great, attententive, and friendly. Will for sure come back with friends!

Drinks are all interesting and the alcohol is very well balanced. Love it when you actually can taste it.
The blood orange & mango Margarita with the tajin rim was absolutely delicious! I ordered a second one.
Nothing negative to say about our experience.

Although no kids menu and atmosphere may not be kid friendly, staff were super supportive of us bringing our kids and helped adapt menu choices to be kid friendly. Kids loved checking out the party area downstairs as they were setting up for the cool people in the evening.
