★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in a lawn mower that would not start. Was repaired with a carb kit tune, spark plug, air filter and a blade sharpen. Total of $227.67. ( Invoice # 1701582 ) Brought it home and attempted to mow the lawn. Unfortunately it would not start, upon inspection I found the spark plug was barely seated in the bore, not tight at all. I tightened the spark plug and it worked. Not impressed by the quality of repair. Very frustrating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 8 year old JD X304 Tractor in for a service as I had a fuel problem I couldn't diagnose. They repaired the fuel problem Replaced
Drive Belt and Spindles. and Shapened Blades for $1300. Seemed like lots but hey.... I had never had to replace the drive belt in the 8 Years I so I trusted they did. After 4 cuttings with the supposed new belt it snapped. I looked at the belt and it had cuts all over is and was very worn. There was no way the replaced the belt. I went to show them and they indicated it was my problem and proceeded to charge me the full $106 for a new bely and offered no compensation or even acklodgement that they didn't replace the previous belt as the invoice indicated. When I was replacing the belt I decided to touch up the blades. Both bolts were stripped and cross threaded and I had to re tap them both. I have no problem with mistakes being made but to not own up ito it is unacceptable. I will be finding a new repair and lawn equipment place to do my business at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was having issues with one of my front casters on a zero turn mower. Went in and found out that the parts were no longer available so I started considering buying a new mower. One of the gentlemen at the counter overheard my discussion and decided to help out. He gave me instructions on how to fix it myself because I couldn't wait for the shop. His instructions were bang on and fixed my problem in 15 min. I really appreciate the fact that he understood my situation and gave me sound advise instead of tryin to just sell me a new mower. I will absolutely do all of my business at this location because of his integrity and desire to do what's best for me (the customer). Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed tune-up stuff for my Lawn-Boy. They had everything in stock, and prices were same as online sellers. Very happy with the quick one stop shop. I also had a great time talking chainsaws with the salesman (sorry forgot his name) and was very impressed with his encyclopedic knowledge of chainsaws. I would definitely trust these guys with anything that needs servicing.

I walked around the shop and noticed their prices are really good too..and they sell excellent brands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today to buy a husqvarna blower. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable and the price was better than I found online. I explained to him that I was pleased to see it under new ownership. To be honest under the old owners I felt customer service was pretty bad, repairs were slow and overpriced and the shop was in need of an overhaul. I am very pleased with the direction they are looking to take the new shop. If you gave up on the shop under the old owners I suggest giving it another try under the new leadership.
