★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to look at a few available options for blowers. The staff was knowledgeable and was able to get me out the door with the equipment I needed right away. They have fair prices on the equipment, and have a nice shop for repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Stihl RMA510 and am totally happy with it. The folks at Equipment Express were great to deal with, the lawn mower was deliverd fully set up with no box (so I didn't have to recycle!). The delviery man explained all the functions to me and I have had no issues. The lawn mower is perfect has ample power and can handle long grass! I noticed that Equipment Express put their sticker on the mower, this says to me they are proud of what they sell. It is kind of old fashioned but I like it! Will be my go to place for any other lawn equipment or service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We buy equipment often here and Jordan has always been so helpful with going above and beyond with knowledge of the equipment or knowing when to recommend something bigger and better for the job at hand. Jordan seems to be a 1 man show and no matter how busy this guy gets he is super polite and helpful. Highly recommend this location for your equipment purchases!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brutal experience here. Went in to buy a chainsaw chain, they were unknowingly having an issue with their debit machine. I was charged 4 times for 1 chain. When we realized there was a problem they said they'd take care of it and get back to me. 3 days later I called to follow up because I hadn't heard back from them, they told me I'd get a refund "in a week or so". That was Sept 28th, still haven't received a refund and haven't heard a word from them. Unbelievably poor customer service, I wont be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay experience. Bought a weed eater here and they didn't give me all of the manuals, tools, and straps for it. Most of the time the phone is also unanswered. Service could be improved quite a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this store. Jordan helped me pick out the right chainsaw for the job. He took the time to show me how to tension it properly, gave lots of tips for use and maintenance. He went through in detail how to start it safely and get the most out of it. This is first time I've bought one so it was greatly appreciated.
Another nice touch is that on all the price tags they have price and specification comparisons for the equivalent model from the big box-stores. Overall a great experience.
