Tres belle eglise. Site historique.
Very beautiful church. Historical site. Worth going. Back in Ottawa, I passed by Cap Sante. Thanks to (? Forgot my name) for taking me there and a big thank you to Carl for showing me around the church. I will always keep a beautiful memory of it.

#casalconhecendoomundo recomenda @casalconhecendoomundo no Instagram
The majestic church is one of the last examples of this type of construction under the French regime. It has bell towers and a remarkable facade. The duration of the construction of the structural work ends before 1763. It is the only monumental church left from the period of the French regime. The Sainte-Famille church is a place of worship of the Catholic tradition built from 1754 to 1767. With an imposing volume, the high-walled stone building has a Latin cross plan, consisting of a nave to a vessel, a transept and a narrower choir, ending in semicircular apse. Its monumental façade, flanked by two towers with steeples, is animated by a large door, three glasses and three niches arranged in the gable. The sacristy is grafted onto the apse to the extent of the choir. Rectangular and one and a half floors, she is using, like the church, a roof with two lightly rolled slopes. The church is part of a religious complex, including a cemetery and a presbytery. This property is classified as a historical heritage site. The church is located in the heritage of Sainte-Famille, also classified. Five classified heritage objects are kept at the place of worship. #heartingtheworld recommends @casalconhecendoomundo on Instagram

We went there for the Christmas market. It's a beautiful location right along the St. Laurence seaway. If you are ever in Quebec City this town is only 39 minutes away and very historic with most homes from the 1800s.

Beautifully restored Church just of the highway. Visitors are welcome and there were two guides there showing the Church and managing the guests. Really worth the stop to see it.
