The quote came in at a reasonable number, easy to understand and the work was completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely use Effective Electrical again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An electrician was just in my home from this company to install an outlet in a closet. A conversation was had prior to his arrival regarding potlights, however I made it clear that we are not ready to do them right away, as I am still shopping around. I did need the outlet immediately though, and we agreed on a price of $120.00, and he was fully aware that no pot lights installation was being scheduled. The electrician came over, and immediately started being rude to me saying "you are playing games with me", and that he knows my game plan and that i will not ever contact him again for pot lights... I dont appreciate being spoken to this way in my own home, especially after being as transparent as possible with him. I will do pot lights with whoever i choose to, and whoever gives me the best price, this was the first place i even called. I immediately asked him to leave my home because he was being extremely disrespectful as he started to unscrew a light switch. So if you cannot come to install an outlet if we are not doing potlights right that second, do not come at all. As simple as that. Just a heads up everyone, this company may only do big jobs, and they have an electrician who thinks he can stomp on you in your own home / pressure you to book with them! Just kick them out, if they cross the line, shutting the door on him was the best part of the whole experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrew and George are very professional electricians. Spent two days to install more than 40 pot lights for me and few light fixtures on 16 feet ceiling with very reasonable price. I’ve checked with more than 5 different shops to get quotes and read all the reviews, and finally decided to go with Andrew and George, not only because of the price, but also their reputation. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. I waited for more than a month to write review because I wanted to see how these pot lights work. So far I’m very happy about the quality. If you are looking for good quality plus reasonable price, definitely go with them. They fixed my ceiling and cleaned the floor after they done the job, which surprised me also. Very professional and friendly.

Upon my request he came to my house and gave me a quote , He listened to my needs and gave good suggestions as well.
On the day of the job he arrived on time , covered all the furniture and etc , completed the job and cleaned up all the debris.
I am highly satisfied with his workmanship and professionalism.

They were punctual, gave their honest opinion on what I do need and what I do not need, and are very cost competitive.
