★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly people but I find I am given the wrong products or I get the super expensive versions of what I asked for. Some of their prices can't be beat but you really need to price compare. In many instances HomeDepot has better prices for the same things. One would think that contractor rates would be lower than retail but that often is not the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have everything! Except the ability to acknowledge someone when they come in. They are busy, I get it, however, a customer should never be allowed to come into a store, any store, and visibly stand obviously waiting for help for 10+ minutes while various employees engage in general chit chat. One gentleman even had time to air spray out a couple keyboards while I stood and observed. Yes I'll go back when I need something. But I'll definitely check elsewhere first.
