In my opinion this was an absolute rip off. They forgot 3 parts of our order and charged us 115 dollars for a platter that would have been 4 bowls at the price of 12 dollars a bowl. I will never ever order from there again after they sent this to us. Just threw it all in the garbage it was so bad.

I had ordered a chicken/beef yakosabi. Sumo sized. Extra veggies. And after receiving it. It was small. So i paid an additional $3.50 to get double meat. I had came home and my meal was so small. Very little meat. And literally 2-3 teaspoons worth of teriyaki sauce in a tiny plastic container. After calling. No manager was there. β€œAnn” whom answered the phone would not take my message to pass to the manager nor my number. I was told come tomorrow when he’s in. Absolutely horrible. And insulted how unprofessional β€œAnn” was. I strongly no not recommend this location to anyone. I have ate at Edo numerous times and this is the first and last time i will be wasting money at this garbage location.

The sauce must be watered down. Can not taste it at all. Super bland food. The edo in the mall is good so go there instead of this place

The sevice here is absolutely awful. You guys are brutal to deal with . I have blonde hair and recieved my order and told them there was a long black hair in my teriyaki bowl with proof. and they said it wasnt theres when THEY ALL HAVE BLACK HAIR. They cant even admit to it or refund me or even just simply give me a new bowl . . You guys dont even deserve any sevice / business through this pandemic. Just awful . Take care of your customers especially in a smaller town.

Asked for 3 large bowls of just noodles. There was a bowl on the counter with food in it and I said 3 of that size of just noodles. So she charged me 3 sides of ramen noodles. Then the cook pulled out 3 small bowls. I said no small bowl I want 3 of that large bowl of ramen noodles. She said that side of ramen is half the size of the large bowl. I said ok I want 6 sides then. She then charged me 6 sides of ramen noodles. I then realized I paid for 9 sides of ramen noodles and said I didn’t want that much food. She then didn’t understand English and no longer talked to me. I couldn’t get a refund. Gave me 3 large bowls overflowing with noodles that she mashed down with a lid to fit in the bowl. Didn’t give me any napkins, cutlery, or my receipts.

Service I received was worst than awful. Ordered a meal via skip the dishes and is still waiting for it to be delivered. When I called no one picked up the phone. I was not able to speak with anyone until the following morning. I was told that its not the restaurants fault and I should contact skip the dishes. She showed no regret at my bad experience and was more interested in passing blame. I will never eat at this restaurant or any of its location ever again. I go only where I feel appreciated.

Good taste . The rice and noodles bowls are good the sushi is fine . Not the best in town but ok .
