the staff member next to her went from raw chicken to cook vegetables sliding into to go container. then going from cooked rice to raw chicken, then to raw beef... completely unacceptable!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this location today, and was very dissapointed at the lack of customer services. I ordered a Beef noodle bowl no veggie. I how ever noticed they have mushrooms, so I asked if I could have some in place of the veggies and they said NO, you can have more noodle. I told them I don't actually want more noodle, I would perfer a few mushrooms. They still said no the mushrooms don't come with noodle bowls. So I left it alone! I work and live in the area, they have lost my business. I know they don't care about customer services (if they did the mushrooms would have not been an issue) and nothing will come out of this review, but I just felt I needed to put it out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite Edo location I have been to. The ladies who work here are so friendly, and have gotten to know my order... when I changed it up the other day they took the time to double check what I meant. The little details in the food, like dicing the vegetables fine and putting the crispy wonton skins on top of the meat instead of under so they stay crispy make the food that much more enjoyable. The service is always quick. I eat here at least twice a month and have never had a negative experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the udon soup bowl I ordered recently from this location. Unlike the food I normally get from other Edo locations, it tasted horrible. And the Filipino male cook had an attitude. Never coming back for sure
