★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers stay away. I locked my keys in the car. A receptionist phoned someone for me and I asked a quote on the phone and said the driver would tell me (first clue of a rip off).The driver (4 doors) told me it was different to break into. I did not know. Less than a minute later he brought out his air bags and popped my lock. Saw this same thing done on a 1999 Grand am years ago which was the same procedure but harder. Charged me 183.00 fo this. When I fought with him he told me it could have been 225.00. Got home and phoned a few more locksmiths as I did not have a clue what this should cost. Got quotes on the phone one for 60.00 and another for 80.00(Started at 150.00 but dropped it to 80.00). Messaged SOS twice with no reply as I wanted a partial refund for this. No reply. Contacted BBB and Scam pulse with lots of others on there getting ripped off as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Edmonton Lock and Safe to come out to my home to fix some issues I had with my door locks. They sent James out to my home. He was very polite and professional, it was an absolute pleasure working with him. He even gave me some great tips for securing my doors. The pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this local family run company if you need locks fixed!

The service was right on time, friendly, efficient, gave easy-to-understand explanations, was able to cut an extra key on-site, and the price was right! Will definitely recommend to others and use Edmonton Lock & Safe again in the future.

I have had really bad experiences with locksmiths. Edmonton Lock and Safe were excellent to deal with. They solved our problem right away - at a really reasonable price - and they were pleasant and professional to deal with. They come with my highest recommendation. I would not hesitate to refer them.
