Dr. Brad Basaraba is who I highly recommend. He is the reason I am able to walk or even use my leg. Frozen at 45 degrees after surgery from a skiing accident that twisted my hip and snapped my Tibia. One treatment and I could walk unaided around the block, I was shopping for a scooter after six months of painful, unsuccessful physio until I found him. Impressive stack of local and internationally recognised credentials Dr Basaraba is very thorough and effective.

After a year of looking for some relief for my daughter, she has FND, loss of balance and chronic pain, after the first visit hope was restored and she experienced some relief. We look forward to completing her treatment plan. This has been a great experience.

My first assessment was thorough. He is highly experienced and educated. I was impressed by what I was able to learn about how my body carries my weight and how it has affected my body. His adjustments were great. I came in with pain on the left side of my neck and when I left it was gone. I am definitely going to continue my treatments there.

MIGRAINES MIGRAINES MIGRAINES On Aug 27, 2020, I was hit by a drunk driver while I was walking across the street. I can't even begin to tell you the trauma I've endured from that life changing moment. I hadn't realized how hard I smashed my head against the cement road, or how traumatic the impact that 2 tons of steel hitting your body at a fast speed would have in the long-term. Then came the months of indescribable pain and suffering. I live alone, so the impact of suddenly not being able to do the simplest things like, use the bathroom, cook for myself, do the dishes, or clean really got to me. Throw in the fact that this all happened during 2020, the year that already had us all struggling with our mental health, our inner demons and a world burning in flames. And then came the migraines. I would suffer through everything over and over and over again just to not have to go another day of the crippling migraines that I get. My journey with Migraines has been a 15-year relationship, but worsened after my first concussion 6 years ago. What ensued was 12 long months of straight migraines. I had tried every migraine medication, only to be left vomiting for hours or have the pain worsen. I was stuck, helpless, and alone in this nasty cycle. After that first year, it turned into 1 severe 8-14 day migraine once every 4 months for the next 5 years. Then, my accident in august happened, and let me tell you, the pain and suffering I previously had from migraines came back ten times worse. I was now experiencing the worst physical head pain, that was consuming all my other physical, emotional and mental pain. 5 months of this.. all alone. every minute, of every day. No getting away from it. All kinds of medication, spiritual healing, consistent round the clock trips to my therapist, physio, nothing seemed to alleviate any of it. The pain itself, ugh, it was as if there was someone standing behind my eyes with a meat grinder, tossing everything in, my eyes, my nerves, pieces of my brain and grinding it all up. The pain was blood curdling, toe curling, scream worthy. I would lie in bed silently crying, because crying hard would provoke the pain. This would go for 8 straight days. You can't sleep through this, you can't eat, you can't do anything you normally would with your eyes, which is everything. I wanted to give you a glimpse into what my life was like before I walked into Dr Basaraba's office one day 3 weeks ago. First of all, I had searched and searched for the right doctor, and somehow landed on his page as he had specialty in Neurology, which was appealing to me for, well, obvious reasons. I must say, I walked out feeling extremely understood and hopeful for the first time in 7 years, and DEFINITELY for the first time in the 5 months since my accident. On day 3 of my treatment, I had walked in with the most severe migraine yet. I had cried for the last 18 hours as I lay there in the most excruciating pain. I made a few wrong calls before I was able to find the right person to call for a ride, couldn't talk to her to whole ride there because I was in so much pain. I walked in with sunglasses, holding the walls to walk as my eyes were just not functioning. Dr started working on me, and with an adjustment to my neck, all the pain that took over my mind, body and spirit for the last 18 hours, the pain that NO medication or other therapies would relieve.... was literally just... gone. I started crying on his table, uncontrollable tears of relief. Filled with gratitude that I was FINALLY on the right healing road, I left and chatted with my driver, probably about the weather, the whole way home. It's been a few weeks and I've seen major progress. There is still a long way to go, but that just shows the severity of my condition before I had walked in. If it's Migraines, headaches, pain, chronic or new, I highly recommend Dr. Basaraba, he's committed to his craft and it shows. Thank you Doctor.

Dr Basaraba is the best Chiropractor I've been to in Edmonton, personable guy who's actually interested in your life and takes very good care of you. Plus, the massage chair before any appointment is sooo good! Also, the dΓ©cor inside is awesome and unique. Brad is so educated on so many different things his wall is covered in degrees and certificates. Go get an assessment!

I get insanely bad headaches and my lower back was always sore and stiff, and since I’m in my early 20s I was constantly getting ignored or told I was being over dramatic until I came to this place. He took his time listening and he ASKED questions instead of assuming, I’m on my second week of treatment out of Three, I’ve been seeing him almost everyday of the week. If you’re doubting whether or not he’s a good chiropractor, you can stop your doubting because I can say without any doubt and absolute certainty that this man will fix whatever problem you may have.

Dr. Basaraba is extremely knowledgeable and very good at what he does. Made an appointment for orthotics because I had given up hope after being told by many doctors nothing could be done for my scoliosis. Once at his office he started explaining my condition and asked if he could do a full assessment. I agreed and glad I did. Within 10 mins I was standing straight for the first time in years and had no pain. Would definitely recommend him. Wish I was closer to Edmonton to see him more regularly.
