★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be one of my favourite local places to shop but I won’t be back after how I was treated by two of your staff members today. You should be ashamed of how your treating loyal customers during this pandemic! I’ve done everything I can to support local and not add to Amazon getting rich off of this but guess I’ll have to start buying my vitamins there now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never shop here again after the experience I had with them yesterday! I prefer to give my money to places that respect their customers and don't harass them. Especially when I'm spending $25 on TWO items! I'll take my business to Thriftys from now on. I find it unfortunate that a business who's whole premise is eating healthy and organic, taking high quality vitamins, and avoiding toxins like fluoride in order to create vibrant, natural health from within, has no understanding of what these concepts even mean. They're frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guilt inflicting signage not appreciated. Uncomfortable shopping today after walking in past the sign : "Face masks are not mandatory but appreciated !" Asked the owner is the reason for his signage was based on messaging of 'fear and guilt' or virtue signalling and guilt. "Fear", he said, his staff are afraid of being in close proximity to others. I shared I won't be able to ever shop there again and of course he's good with that. Me too.
