We lived here for a few months. Large rooms, very professional management company and solves any problems. There is public transport not far from the place. Really quiet area except for noise from a railroad in the area.

Please be careful when you move in . They will charge you for the things that you were not even responsible for when you leave. Especially this location.

Love the apartment ,what would make it the best apartment block ever is if they had a dog washing station in my block then i would be over the moon, plus more would love it as well living in this block. Place is very clean and first place ever i feel safe in, parking closer to my building would have been nice as well and not an apartment building down. Still great place to live and rent.

We lived there for 11 months, I canโ€™t recommend renting with Broadstreet. Too long didnโ€™t read: Policy changes without notifying tenants, 3 week wait to get someone to look at the oven when it stopped working, some complaints about the apartment itself, frustrations with moving and moving inspections, and communication issues with management. When we moved in they allowed dogs of any size with a few breed restrictions. About 3 weeks later we found a large sized dog we wanted to adopt. We found out from the rescue that Broadstreet changed the pet policy sometime within the first couple weeks we were there, they no longer allow large dogs. They sent tenants a notice about this over a month later. Our oven stopped working, it took 3 weeks to get someone down to repair it. I called them twice and was assured someone would be down shortly. The third time I threatened the renterโ€™s board and that day someone came down to repair the oven. The bathroom always had a weird smell. A/C would reach as far as the kitchen, on hot days it wouldnโ€™t even get that far. The buildingโ€™s a wooden structure so expect to hear your upstairs neighbor. The door to the suite had a gap at the bottom and a gap on the side, you could hear everything in the hall and vice versa. This was something sneaky I didnโ€™t like but is technically legal. If we wanted to re-lease rent would increase $140 a month. Provincial rent increase can be a max of 2.4%, however when you first lease with Broadstreet they give you a discount. When re-leasing they reduce the discount. The initial pre-move out inspection was estimated that only a portion of a door frame needed to be replaced, patch and paint for a painting and drapes hung up, we were told this would be marked as wear and tear when we moved in. Possibly the patio screen for tiny holes that were suspected to be birds. Apparently this is common in suites on the third and fourth floor, or so management told us. Moving out the elevator wasnโ€™t locked for us as previously discussed. When I emailed and called about this there was no response. Fortunately the movers had a key that they could use for the duration we had the elevator booked. The final move out inspection was done without us present. We got charged for the screen. Hanging something on the wall means when you move theyโ€™re going to patch it and paint the whole wall and charge you $50 per wall. It was understood by us that this was either going to be no cost or a small fee. That was our experience, Iโ€™m glad to say weโ€™re out of there.

So far removed from Winnipeg. Over priced for value. Watch out for your damage deposit. They walk through with a fine tooth comb. Unreal.
