I am a real customer. I strongly suggest that everyone stay away from this immigration agency. I am a real customer and I strongly recommend that everyone be far from this immigration consultant. Some Updates, It is confirmed that this company is a scam. They won't reply your emails or return your phone call while there are still unsolved issues. It has been confirmed that this company is a liar company, they have not responded to the mail, the mailbox and the phone are fake (or they will never reply). They charge you for every minutes they spent on you and every words that they say to you. Even the times before you sign the contract , the times that they spent when they try to win your business. I got charged for seeing their advertisement !! NOBODY should be charge for seeing any advertisement. If so, WE ALL will be bankrupt long time ago. The most ridiculous thing is that after they convince you to sign a contract with them, the company they told you before signing the contract claimed that they would charge you for the time you spent on winning your business. It’s ridiculous. It's the equivalent of watching your ads, they send you a bill, the same as you charge. Too funny, this company is a joke. They have such bad ethic and make money in a illegal way. STAY AWAY FROM THEM ! Professional ethics, character is too bad, not professional is one thing, poor personality is another matter. Stay away, my blood lesson. 1.They are not professional. First of all, They have limited knowledge regarding the available immigration programs in British Columbia (even only in BC). They will only recommend what's best for them (the programs that they can have high commission or income) They will not recommend you programs that suit you most but they cannot make money from( or very likely they don't even know about this program). They are not professional, and many BC projects don't know. The project they are most familiar with is that they can get high commissions and high-income projects. What is recommended to customers is not the one that best suits the customer, but the project that they can benefit the most. 2.They lure you to sign contract with them by giving unrealistic promises which they cannot keep. AND blame you for everything when things go sideway. They use some unrealistic promises to induce customers to sign contracts. When something happens, they are eager to get rid of their responsibilities and push all their responsibilities to the customer. 3.They have very bad Ethic. BE AWARE that the immigration consultant will ask you for additional "tips"/benefits on top of the immigration fee you paid to them. They show contempt and disrespect when you didn't "tip" them. What's more, they are too greedy, they think they are not pay enough for the services they provide. Their professional ethics are very poor, and customers have to pay their personal “benefits” in addition to paying their immigration application fees. When they find that you don't want to pay extra benefits to immigration consultants, they become very rude and despise customers. They are very greedy and feel that the application fee given by the client is not enough. 4.They are very disrespectful to their customer. AND blame their customer for everything. When they feel like you are not a good source for continuing extracting money from. They show contempt. When they find that applying to a client does not bring additional benefits, they despise the customer and push all responsibility to the customer. 5.They won't refund you for any service that they didn't provide. AGAIN, they are greedy and think the money you paid are far from enough and wouldn't want to refund you. BECAUSE they are so valuable and every hour Of them are so valuable that you should be grateful for signing contract with them. They won't give you any refunds, even if they want to terminate the contract (because they find that the customer has no additional benefit in addition to the application fee) and they will not give a refund for services they do not provide. And the service receipt cannot be provided. STAY AWAY from this immigration agency. They are a scam. Stay away from this intermediary!
