★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the ordeal that happened to my downstairs kitchen, I was at a lost of what to do... When I looked up a restoration company, and these guys came up, I had no idea that I would be making such a great choice ? I felt very much a part of the process. They kept me in the loop on everything that they intend to do, keeping me updated on the steps to follow, their attention to detail, and getting the job done right is beyond anything I expected. If another mishap happens to our home, I know that with these guys around, I’ll be in good hands. I don’t normally bother to put up reviews online, but with the quality of work and work ethic that these guys have, I feel that this is the least that I can do to show my appreciation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to someone on the phone who said this should be a straight forward project and they are free to do it - I double checked over any covid concerns or restrictions (none) and followed up by an email...a week later and still not even a response -- complete utter silence. Those reviews must be self-written. In terms of professionalism, responsiveness and punctuality, actually a zero ranking should be allowed since there is NOTHING to rank. Can't believe businesses behave like that when the work is scarce - imagine the treatment you get if things pick up even only a little more.

Hi , here is the second update . Ecotech is stellar and continuing to work very hard for commercial buildings in the Lower Mainland, Vancouver yet give our little residential home all the attention it needs. We really are impressed that they treat you and your home as very important. The drying machines they have are highly proficient and as professionals they went over and above to make sure our water damage was dried out . The next step is making connections towards what Alex and John explained as our rights and that cutting corners is not going to happen. Next update soon, thanks so much Ecotech .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ecotech is a great company to do business with.I phoned them in a panic with flood in my home. With in a half an hour their team was in my home setting up all the equipment needed to dry out and dehydrate the damaged rooms. By the end of the day they had removed all the damaged flooring and cut out the damaged drywall. You can count on them to be there for you.

They did a great job. Should I ever need their help again in the future (hopefully not, though!), I wouldn't hesitate to call them.
