Very clean, no mess left behind, drywall all completed within the next 2 days. Very impressed by Rich and his crew! Highly recommended!

They show up at the appointment time or call in advance if running behind schedule. The work site is left clean when they leave. The lady in the office is extremely pleasant to speak with. I would highly recommend this company.

Instead of sending a tech, they told me to turn the heat up on the thermostat myself ... Really? Well it didn't solve the problem, so I called Meadow Ridge Plumbing & Gas to come in and diagnose the problem, because the other guy dropped off the face of the earth. These guys figured it out in about 4 minutes, fixed the problem, and didn't charge me a dime! Unbelievable customer service. Friendly and professional dispatcher. If there were 10 stars I'd leave a 10 star review! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable and got it running again quickly. Also explained the option of installing a high water alarm on the system. I will be going forward with that recommendation. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so!

They were honest and professional, and they saved me nearly $1000 that the other company was planning to charge me for the same service. Staff are kind, friendly, and responsive. Dawn at Meadow Ridge Plumbing & Gas answered right away when I called and was able to give me an accurate estimate for both time and cost of the job. She said it would take 90 to 120 minutes for one man. Two men arrived right on time and completed the job in exactly one hour. They were courteous, fast, and professional, and made adjustments to my specifications. They took away the old toilets for $15 each. MRP&G was honest, fair, on time, professional and reliable. Will definitely be using them again.

Replaced the filters and had to wait almost two weeks for parts. They came out to take a look at the problem and said the taps were no good and replaced them. They had some taps in stock so the fellow went back and got them and installed them for us. The service was great. They installed Delta and said we should have no more problems. Now we have great water pressure again. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Dawn was great to deal with and got us service even faster than what she said.

Scheduled a technician to come out and take a look within about an hour or so. They confirmed a replacement was in need and quoted the job for me. After about 2 more hours they had gone to pickup a new hot water tank, fully replaced it and took the old one out for disposal, no fuss and job well done. Everyone was good about answering questions and was very helpful. I'd recommend to anyone in need of service.
