★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a meeting scheduled today for 10:30. Got there at 10:20. Receptionist said our guy was on the the phone. After that nobody came out and talked to us, left us sitting in the waiting room. We left at 10:50. Not a very pleasant experience at all. Have no idea if they are a good accountant company but definitely have terrible customer service. Also the receptionist wasn't wearing a mask.

I’ve always completed my own taxes online and let’s just say I will NEVER do that again. We are so thankful to have found this place. 10/10 would recommend! If you’re on the fence just go get the help we all deserve. Cristian is so helpful, you will not be disappointed.

Very happy with all the services!
I have been using Ecotax for about five years now even after having relocated to the GTA.
Used to do personal taxes with Ecotax, now business taxes, and have used their bookkeeping services as well; never been happier with my accounting firm/services. (patient friendly/family feel, informative, trustworthy, and speedy services; very reasonably priced).
I would rate them 10 starts if I could!
