During my tax filing they lost my file apparently, then when I call it's very difficult to get someone on the phone sometimes. The price is right though and the people are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After expressing that I needed some late taxes to be done by a certain deadline in January, I find out that they weren't sent anywhere until April and nobody even knows where they were sent. On top of that I needed to correct some mistakes like how to spell my name or how to spell my home town. And when I try to follow up with this the secretary tries to help, but the accountant who dealt with me is completely ignoring me. What a mess of an accounting service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave this place a call today and the secretary was very informative on whether i should or shouldnt become oncoorperated or be a sole propritership. Told me when i should actually start paying for there services and was just all around good help

When my husband passed away Brad made it easy for me when doing my late husband's income tax. I would highly recommend this service. Brad is friendly and has a great sense of humour which is needed during income tax time.
